Chetan's growing up: Here's how we know this:
He no longer wants us around all the time. He (most of the time) puts himself back to sleep when he awakes at night. He's sweeping his own potty down the drain at the moment of this writing. He feels dirty when he's pooped or peeeeed. He calls himself "Chetu"- it's adorable ya'll. He calls Samir Papa- again v adorable. He wants to eat on his own- even soup- mind you. He is very hearing intuitive. He'll stop whatever he's doing if some kind of sound is heard- whether the telephone or the call of a bird outside. He'll point to where the sound is coming from. He's v particular- just like Samir- the lids HAVE to be put on all the cartons. If he dirties his hands, he goes and get a towel himself to clean up. He sweeps, mops, and washes clother regularly. He's not so shy of strangers anymore. His favourite animal right now is the cow. The other day he was astonished to see a herd of goats in real life. He'd only seen them in pictures. His favourite book right now is The Three Billy Goats Gruff. He likes pictures of Babies and of Cats. He can say Dudu for milk. He waves bye bye to people even if they're not waving bye to him. He loves water. He's drinking 4 bottles of milk a day. He's real heavy to carry.
I love the Toddler Years.

arpi, that's so great...I love that he says Chetu and is so particular about everything just like Daddy...he's going to be daddy's little boy, like I said, this is a good thing, train him early to help you with housework and he won't know the difference.
