Sleep Sleep, where are you?
I've been looking for you a long time
Everyday I hope to spend time with you
But you always evade me
There's lots of other things to do
In the morning I feel I haven't had enough of you
In the night, I just can't wait to be with you
I long to be with you uninterrupted
I long for slumber deep and sweet

Gone are the days when you and I were on good terms
These days we're barely on talking terms
You flee from me so fast and you always go
When I need you to last
Without you I'm not fully me
I need you to function as best as I can be
So please stay true to me tonight
And don't leave me till the morning light.
