Our Little Chebadu

Here are some things Chetan is doing right now- at 14 months:

1. He's able to switch the lights on and off. He loves doing this and he's full of amazement at the cause and effect of light and dark.

2. He loves hearing "thank you". In order to hear this over and over again, he keeps giving us things that we may or may not want just so we'll say thank you to him.

3. He loves applause from us- by way of clapping -whenever he puts his blocks in a row or does something which we're proud of- we both clap our hands loudly and the kid just beams.

4. Lately he's putting his fingers in his mouth- we don't know why- might be teething.

5. Whenever he wants something he points to that general direction.

6. If he's frustrated or doesn't get what he wants, he paces the floor really quick.

7. He can't stay still for feeding times.

8. He wants to eat everything by himself- doesn't want to be fed by our hands.

9. He takes our cell phones and puts them above his ear- as if he's also talking to someone.
